As of midnight, 31 March 2007 GMT, this website is inaccessible to the general public while an official investigation takes place via the courts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland into the actions of Defendant: Alexander Winton.
On 23 March 2007, the Defendant was notified of impending action over the Copyright Infringements taking place on domain: Pokecharms.com under a claim by Plaintiff: Nintendo United Kingdom; relating to the franchise: Pokémon.
As required by section 2 of the The Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 (Statutory Instrument 2003 No. 2498), this domain has been seized and all actions halted while a review into the situation is caried out. During this time, the domain, and everything thereafter related to the domain are the sole property of the Plaintiff to control until the review period is over. During this period, no action may be taken over the domain by either party other than to prevent the propegation of further Copyright Infringement. Following the review, should the courts settle on the side of the Plaintiff, the domain will be placed under their total control for whatever actions the Plantiff chooses.
