Obviously, since I kinda make and run the entire site, 99% of what you've already seen elsewhere on Pokecharms is also part of my showcase, so really I'm a bit more limited in what I'm showing off here. However, there are a few things I've done that aren't simply part of me increasing the functionality or whatever of Pokecharms and don't really fit neatly into another section - and this is where they go. First up are my Future of Pokemon articles. Originally a one off article written at the very beginning of the run-up to Diamond and Pearl containing my predictions for the next year or so in the Pokemon world, it quickly spun off into a trilogy piece with a follow-up a year to the day after the original article looking over how those predictions had panned out and then a final installment the year after that - mere days before Diamond and Pearl finally came out - looking ahead to life after the games that our lives had been centred around for the past 3 years. Over the 3 years my writing evolved rather dramatically, and it's quite a difference between the original 2003 article and 2006's - but the ideas still strike true and more than anything it's a fantastic example of both how quickly our favourite franchise can also evolve and even a sign of just how unpredictable it can be despite the common claims that Pokemon is never new...
Alongside that are both of my Sonic sprite comics - as a Sonic fan for as long as I've been playing videogames, he's a character close to my heart, despite the rubbish years of late. To write for him and his world is one of the most easiest and most natural examples of writing I've ever experienced and it made Spin Dash and Mobius Revolution especially fun to make, despite my hectic schedule putting both seriously far on the backburner. Spin Dash's icon will take you to the specially made Spin Dash subsite, but Mobius Revolution's will take you to the first permanent home the comic's ever had right here on the main site. Both will be continued in one form or another sometime in the near future I hope and hopefully you'll enjoy what's already there.
