I need some help with my Shiny Flygon. Bear in mind that I don't know who else will be on the team.
Flygon @ Soft Sand
Lv. 67 Male
HP: 203
Attack: 175
Defense: 147
Sp. Atk: 132
Sp. Def: 130
Speed: 173
Moves: DragonBreath, Crunch, Sandstorm, and Earthquake.
I know he isn't the best but that's what I got to work with.

Flygon @ Choice Band/Scarf
Jolly
Levitate
252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
- Outrage/Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch/Stone Edge
- U-Turn
Flygon likes Choice items. Outrage/Dragon Claw and Earthquake for STAB, Fire Punch for that extra (and now perfect) coverage, Stone Edge is a possible option here if Flying-types cause you more hassle than Steel-types do, and U-Turn + Choice items are a good combination.
Dragon/Ground is an easy type combination to make movesets for, and there tends to be one stand-out set that works best for each of the two, so there's Flygon's.
