I think I've been too obsessed with catching everything from each place before moving on. I've spent three evenings doing nothing but look for a darn Scraggy. Finally got one yesterday, and so now having being stuck around those areas for so long, I think I'm falling a little behind. I shall crack on!

Training in Nimbasa until I get the fitness place in Join Avenue up to level 2. Wish everyone would stop wanting the god damn antique shop. Then time to go waterfall hopping around Unova and finally train on the trainers on Route 23 and Victory Road. Team should be in or edging towards the 60's by then. My Pokemon seem to be slightly above the norm in terms of level even though I haven't really done much extra training :x Also I think Marlon may be my favourite gym leader now despite that horrible tan xD

It's okay, I was around that level too. *nodnod*
Oh god Marlon's tan. XD
I think, I'm more or less finished? Almost got the Unova Dex completed, taking a detour to try and breed a VERY specific growlithe... Yeah. Fun times.

<DoctorOak> STOP MELTING THE CHOCCY

I've still got quite a bit to do, me thinks. My team hasn't changed much since my last update, but I've reached Lentimas Town! I wasn't sure which location I'd be visiting after Mistralton so hitting another new town was quite a pleasant surprise.
I still can't decide what to use for a Flying or Electric-type, and Emolga refused to show up. Damn rustling grass. Damn low encounter rates.
At this point I may just cave and raise Therian form Thundurus because it fits both needs. Its new design is half-decent too. ;x

Is it bad to say while looking for Audino to train my Wailmer (because it needs a tonne of xp and no trainers around its level) I kept finding Emolga and Roserade which is even lower than Emolga

Yes. Your luck makes me die a bit on the inside.
*Fistshakes at you and your little Emolga too!* >:O

While not catching every Pokemon per route actually damages me, I'm now making pretty good progress I think. Just got the Lucky Egg from Celestial Tower, so I should speed up even more from now
I was happy I got Tynamo while running through Chargestone Cave though <3

Well, I beat the Elite Four and Champion, and the first two levels of the White Treehollow so I've just been going around catching legendaries until I can be bothered getting the BP for the other 3 power items I need. Wishing I had more friends IRL who had these games so my Join Avenue could expand.

Vlog
Currently, I've beaten my main game, White2. My sister bought Black2, but she lost interset after PokeStar Studios. She asked if I could take it off her hands and I happily oblidged.
In White2, I'm the male hero, Douglas. I completed the main story and I've been preparing Whitetree Hollow.
White2 team

Dipper, 74, male
Rash, a little quick temper
Surf
Ice Beam

Sassy, Scatters things often

Breaker, 72, male
Jolly, Loves to eat
Iron Tail
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Dragon Claw

Patriot, 71, male

Badges won: 8
Current location: Route 13
Team:

Electivire
Nickname: Stephanie
Nature: Careful, sturdy body
Level: 55
Moves: Wild Charge, Fire Punch, Return, Volt Switch
Electivire seems a really neat Pokemon, I can see why it was used so widely in Gen IV.

Skarmory
Nickname: Ruby
Nature: Naive, highly curious
Level: 55
Moves: Steel Wing, Spikes, Night Slash, Fly
The new Sturdy ability is a LIFESAVER. So so good. She basically gave me a free win against Marshal too, flying over a high jump kick hahaha

Steelix
Nickname: Hyperion
Nature: Relaxed, often dozes off
Level: 58
Moves: Iron Tail, Ice Fang, Dragon Tail, Crunch
Steelix gave me free wins vs so many people, its unreal. It tanks so many non-STAB Earthquakes, and may as well have taken down Iris on its own after her Lapras fainted!

Starmie
Nickname: Josephine
Nature: Bashful, likes to run (ON WHAT LEGS!?)
Level: 55
Moves: Surf, Psychic, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
I ditched Lucario for Starmie. Lucario gave me too many common weaknesses, and Starmie helped cover those.

Walrein
Nickname: Kalypso
Nature: Hardy, capable of taking hits
Level: 54
Moves: Waterfall, Blizzard, Hail, Rest
I found out why no one uses Sunflora. They're TERRIBLE. Albeit, if they don't resist grass then her Giga Drain/Solarbeam/Petal Dance does SO much damage. Finding something that doesn't resist grass was too hard, so I replaced her with a Walrein!
Very happy with it.

Mamoswine
Nickname: Aurore
Nature: Adamant, alert to sounds
Level: 54
Moves: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Strength, Earthquake
Another replacement, this time for Azumarill. Mamoswine was kinda a last minute replacement that I picked up in Giant Chasm. Not bad, though it really needs some breeding for the better moves.
On the whole, my favourites are probably Steelix, Skarmory and Walrein. Very fun to use!

I feel as if I should post my Black2 adventure.
I play the female hero,Rosa Bailey because she is so dang cute
(Both Nate and Rosa had excellent designs in these games. Same with Hugh. Good job Game Freak!) Back on track, in Black2, I am outside Nimbasa on Route 5. My team is a little wack-o because I currently have only two members my Serperior and Trapinch. Most of my team members come later in the game.

36, male
Rash, Proud of its power
Leaf BLade
Coil
Cut
Leech Seed

31, male
Gentle, Somewhat stubborn
Dig
Rock Slide
Bide
Bulldoze.
I plan on the rest of my team being Walrein, Mienshao, Chandelure. But I don't know who the last slot will go to. I'm thinking Galvantula, but I don't know.

Finally got around to finishing the Elite 4 and the Champion. Had lots of trouble with Caitlin's Gothitelle but other than that fairly easy. Arcanine sweeped Shauntal and only got hit by one Shadow Ball, swept Grimsley using Lucario didn't even take damage. And Grumpig almost swept Marshal and Iris swept by Lucario. Going to trade my Pokemon to my Black version and start challenge mode :3

After many life-related delays, I've finally won my 8th badge.
And sadly that gym was possibly the easiest for me, but it's mostly thanks to my Leavanny's Leaf Blade attack (destroyed everything).
I haven't ventured onto route 22 yet but I explored route 21 and Seaside Cave prior to taking on the gym. The new Unova region is really quite nice. Time to see what the rest of the game holds!

As for my team, it now has 9 members that I switch between depending on their current levels (and, previously, which gym I was challenging). I rarely train legendaries as part of my in-game teams but I'd wanted to train a Flying-type that I've never trained before, and I really like Tornadus' Therian form. Once I unlocked it on the Dream Radar it was a done deal.

Oh hey, picked up White 2 last week, and since this is here. I might as well update on progress.

To be honest, the playtime is slightly ridiculous, given how fast I could play this. I blame my hunt for a Riolu, because I wanted to do a playthrough with pokemon I haven't actually used in one before, and when someone in the Trainer School told me that I could catch Riolu, I didn't expect to be up there for an hour searching for one. Also, I was busy being a movie star. I am very famous now, I'm expecting to get an Oscar.

...I feel a little bit embarassed that I got the game when it came out in Britain, yet have only just reached Castelia. I've kinda been busy with other things, but, damn, everybody else is so far ahead of me. I must catch up!

And although he's been dropped from the current roster, because Floats does his defensive job better than him, and we already have a Steel type. Magneto gets special mention, and also because he may come back into rotation when I reach Mialstrom, unless my new Joltic takes over.
Magneto - Magnemite - Unknown - Lv.27 - Bold Nature
Also, I'm starting to actually enjoy myself playing the game again. Before, I wasn't enjoying it much, maybe because of school related things, but I felt like there was so much to do and I didn't know where to start really, and also I wasn't really connecting with the story. That is up until I began to understand my own rival better, and his struggle to make up for losing his sisters pokemon to Team Plasma several years back. It's helped me connect to this game like with White and other games that really captivated me. Also, the memory link cutscenes have also helped me connect between them. Maybe once I get further into it, I'll be able to immerse myself again into the latest installation in the main series.

Vines - Snivy - Male - Lv.30 - Lax Nature
Aurax - Lucario - Male - Lv.30 - Timid Nature
Zorua - Zorua (N's Pokemon) - Male - Lv.30 - Hasty Nature
Floats - Azumarill - Female - Lv.30 - Quiet Nature
Wave - Tranquill - Female - Lv.29 - Gentle Nature
Darmanitan - Darmanitan (Imported White Pokemon) - Female - Lv.35 - Hasty Nature
After a bloody month of owning White 2, I've finally beaten the Elite 4 + Champion. :'D
The worst part about training teams larger than six Pokemon is having to choose which Pokemon accompany you on your first Elite 4 challenge and which stay behind, sad and alone in the PC. To make matters simpler I decided to just use the same team that I took on Victory Road with.
Levels before Elite 4 challenge:
Druddigon (Ruffles) - L. 51
Samurott (Musashi) - L. 52
Sandslash (Jura) - L. 52
Flareon (Serge) - L. 52
Leavanny (Taylor) - L. 52
Tornadus Therian Form (Zephyrus) - L. 52
Levels after Elite 4 challenge:
Druddigon (Ruffles) - L. 52
Samurott (Musashi) - L. 55
Sandslash (Jura) - L. 52
Flareon (Serge) - L. 53
Leavanny (Taylor) - L. 53
Tornadus Therian Form (Zephyrus) - L. 54
Team members in the PC
Weezing (Nox) - L. 48
Zoroark - L. 49
Lucario (Faith) - L. 49
It was a fun journey. As suspected the plot didn't end up having quite the same impact as Black/White's plot (didn't feel fleshed out as much as it could've been), but it was still rather nice having plot-related things to do between the 8th gym and Victory Road. I'm looking forward to checking out all of the post-main story stuffs but I'll likely take a break from the game for now. Too much else to play~

I beat the E4 about a week ago, and I totally forgot to post. I haven't really played since then, so they're still where they were at the time~

Wei Yan and Huang Gai were major players, with Wei Yan decimating most of the E4 and Huang Gai soloing Iris. Cao Pi and Sun Jian didn't see any action, and Lu Bu stepped in should someone fall. Overall, I'm glad my Dynasty Warriors team did as good as it did, and it far exceeded my expectations.
