So I desperately need to get a few pokemn for VGC '13, but I've come up to a bit of a wall. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here.

First I need-

(F) makuhita/hariyama
(brave preferably, but any nature works)

(M) human-shape egg group pokemon (brave nature or ice punch)

Second I need-

(F) Cacturne/cacnea

Illumise

Sassy natured elgyem with synchronise ability (makes the above 2 redundant)

I don't have much in the way of offerable trades at the moment:
drought vulpix (various natures/genders)
anticipation eevee (various natures/M)
Quick swim poliwag (various natures)
