This Pokemon was featured at the end of the 13th Pokemon movie, teasing for the 14th. According to its PokeDex entry, "it makes limitless energy inside its body. It releases this energy on any Pokemon who touches it." This mirage Pokemon has an Isshu Dex number of #000.

Reveal

Originally seen only in theatres teasing the 14th movie, this Pokemon was confirmed on July 25th's Pokemon Sunday as Victini, and has been revealed as a Legendary, after Reshiram and Zekrom.

Anime Debut

This Pokemon appeared in a teaser for the 14th movie and presumably will feature within it.

Capture Details

Available via Wi-Fi event for the Liberty Ticket, available September 18th through October 18th. Full details on the event itself and what role it may or may not play in a side-story are unknown.
