Candle Blow Out is a Mini Game found exclusively in the Spooky Manor.

The name of the game here is to blow out the candles until there are none left. Sounds simple? Well, it is... only you lose if you blow out the last candle. You and the Pokemon you're trying to befriend will take it in turns to select how many candles to blow out. You can blow out multiple candles, provided they are next to each other, and on the same line.

Once you've had a couple of goes, you'll find it pretty easy to figure out how many candles you need to blow out each turn. Towards the end of each game, making sure the opponent has no lines to blow out will soon trap them into blowing out the last candle. Also, try to get them to blow out blue candles, as that gives you bonus points. The game goes on for quite a while, so even if you aren't very good at this game, acquiring the 5000 points you need to befriend the Pokemon shouldn't be too hard.
