Where're my details?

Japanese name: Tower of Heaven
The obligatory massive Pokemon Graveyard, complete with creepy psychics.
Similar to Pokemon Tower in Kanto or Mount Pyre in Hoenn, the Celestial Tower is a monument to the dead and a Pokemon graveyard, spiralling up to the sky. There is a large bell at its silent pinnacle.
The levels are full of trainers, all too willing to disturb the sanctity of the place in order to fight you.
Inside you'll also find
TM61 Will-O-Wisp and
TM65 Shadow Claw.
You will need to come here and scale to the peak of the tower to find Skyla, who was apparently worried about a Pokemon that lives here - though what that Pokemon is you never get to find out. Only once you've scaled to the pinnacle and rung the bell does Skyla return to her gym so that you can battle her.
