N's Castle is a structure that only appears after you defeat the Elite Four for the first time. It will burst up out of the ground and surround the Pokemon League. You can only go inside of it during a certain period of time. Once you defeat Team Plasma here then it will disappear, back to the depths of the earth or something.

Features

Despite how large it looks on the outside, you only see a small part of it. It is very grand and luxurious, and must have cost millions upon millions in Unovan tax dollars to construct. No Plasma grunts will battle you in here, though there are several of them that the player can talk to. One of them, on the third floor, will even teleport the player outside of the castle using unknown magical powers - which is the only way to leave the place. When you find this person it would be a good idea to save at that point - in case you find that you are under-leveled you can travel the region and train more.

Also in the castle is a science room, because every building needs a science room. Inside this room you'll find a PC that you can use to withdraw and deposit your Pokemon. On the second level is a room inside of which you'll find two women. One of them is named Anthea, and the other is Concordia. They both claim to have helped in raising N. Anthea, the lady with pink hair, will heal your Pokemon.

Events

• When you first enter the castle you will find yourself faced with six of the Seven Sages. They will try to stop you from going any further, but at this point the gym leaders come busting in (except for Cilan, Chili, and Cress - they're probably busy cleaning tables or something) and will hold off the sages, allowing you to go ahead.

• The Dark Trinity will appear to you in castle a few times. One will direct you to the room where the Goddess of Love will heal your Pokemon. Another will show you N's bedroom, which may prove some insight into N's character.

• Once you reach the top level you will be greeted by Ghetsis, he will again challenge you to defeat N and steps aside, allowing you to proceed. Inside, the the far end the player will see the boy in question. N will ramble on for a bit and then summon his Legendary Dragon - Zekrom if playing Black, Reshiram if White. The player's artifact which they received from Lenora will react to the dragon and will begin to float in the air and do things. From inside the artifact the other Legendary Dragon will appear. N asks you to catch it so that you two can have an awesome dragon fight.

• Once you defeat the dragon you will be given the option to place it in your party. After this N will heal your Pokemon and then your final battle with him will begin.

• After you defeat N, Cheren and Alder will enter, followed by Ghetsis. Ghetsis will begin another monologue after disowning N for being such a dismal failure. He reveals his true plans to have everyone surrender their Pokemon, leaving him to be the only human with Pokemon to control. He will challenge the player, but right before he starts the battle, N will heal your party.

Once you defeat the evil man he will be escorted out by Alder and Cheren. The player is left alone with N, who begins to talk about how he felt the first time he met the player and the player's Pokemon. He is unsure of what to think for the moment, but congratulates you on being such an excellent trainer and friend to your Pokemon. He then says farewell before jumping out of flying away through the giant hole in the wall his dragon made.

After this the credits roll.
