Route 4 connects Castelia City to Nimbasa City and the Desert Resort and is rather small, but there's a bit of exploring to do.

Features

Notable items to be found on this route are TM28 Dig and TM41 Torment. There is a rest house near the beginning of the route where you can heal your Pokemon, and aside from sand and trainers you can also see some construction work going on. The Desert Resort lies to the northwest.

• Route 4 features rival battles with Cheren and Bianca.

• Professor Juniper will also meet you on the route and ask you to meet up with her in Nimbasa City.
