Route 6 is the road the player must travel in order to get to Mistralton City, by way of Chargestone Cave

Features

This route is a bit unremarkable overall, but it has a few things going for it - one in that it's kind of pretty.

On this route is a rest house where the player can heal their Pokemon. There is also a river that the player can surf on and reach a couple of hidden areas. In the middle of the route you'll find three item balls on the ground out in the open. Two of them are actually Foongus, but one of them is a Shiny Stone.

You can also find TM84 Poison Jab and you will get HM02 Fly on this route.

Also on this route is the Seasonal Research Facility, where they express a lot of interest in Deerling. One of the scientists will even ask you to catch one of the deer Pokemon and ask that you show it to him whenever it changes with the season. He doesn't seem to realize that plenty of the facility's scientists that you battle outside all have Deerling. This, of course, isn't mandatory and you can ignore his request.

Events

• You can only proceed into the Chargestone Cave once you have Clay's badge. He will meet you at the end of the route and remove the Galvantula web that's covering the entrance. He will then give you TM78 Bulldoze - a Physical Ground-type attack of moderate power.
