Where're my details?
The Games Database software is throwing a hissy fit right now and this bit isn't working. We'll have a fix up ASAP.
While previous Generations of Pokemon games only featured version exclusive Pokemon, Black and White also contains an exclusive area. If you have Pokemon Black, you will come across a place called Black City, while in Pokemon White you will visit a place called White Forest.
The White Forest is a very natural place, with grass and trees and log cabin type buildings. It's a very different place to the modern and built up Black City.
It features very tall trees that go off screen, as well as patches of grass with wild Pokemon and trainers as well. There isn't much at first, but as days go by the player will find that there is more and more to see. However, this can change if the player frequently changes the clock, and the forest will become quite desolate, with no grass or trainers.
The number of wild pokemon, trees, grassy patches and lakes within the city changes according to how long it took the player to reach the area, and how often you talk to the residents. At any one time, up to 10 wild pokemon can be found in the grassy areas, all in their base form. Which pokemon appear are dependent on the residents, which are chosen at random. The items which can be found here are also dependent on the residents present, but a random number is chosen each day.
To change the residents and pokemon that appear, the player will have to visit another player's Black City and interact with the trainers there. This may cause them to migrate to the player's White Forest, allowing the pokemon associated with them to be battled.
Regardless of the other residents, two trainers are always present. These will engage the player in one-time only Triple Battles.
