    Did not come home from Africa to slowly cook in my room. So warm :V

    The sharks in Far Cry 3 are mean and horrible and I don't like them. Going into deep water stresses me out. And what's worse? Now it's saying that to craft a new pack or something I need man-eating shark skin. So you're telling me that somewhere there are even bigger sharks? ;___;

    I wish, but given that it's a fairy type, that's probably not going to happen.

New Pokémon To Be Revealed Next Week!

alt

Japanese TV show Pokémon Smash has just aired in Japan and brought with it the announcement that Junichi Masuda will be a guest on the show next week and will be revealing a brand new Pokémon for Pokémon X and Pokémon Y along with something else, although the details on just what else will be revealed currently aren't clear. The official Pokémon Facebook page has also told fans to expect news next Saturday, meaning the announcement should be made for Pokémon fans worldwide at around about the same time, which is certainly an exciting thought.

Japanese magazine CoroCoro is also due quite soon considering we're at the start of April, however the magazine likely won't leak before Saturday and the chances are if a new Pokémon is revealed on Pokémon Smash then CoroCoro won't bring us too many new details, if any at all. Either way next Saturday should be an exciting day!

New Mewtwo Relative Announced

Mewthree?

Today's Pokémon Smash has announced a new Pokémon - although all we know about it is a picture and that it is somehow related to Mewtwo.

HarmoKnight: A Melodious Fanfare of Fun

Despite basically only making the main series Pokemon games for nearly 2 decades solid, GameFreak have, on occasion, been the proud fathers of other games. Probably the two best known until now were Pulseman, a frantic platformer on the Sega Mega Drive (before their days as a Nintendo subsidiary) that later served as inspiration for Rotom, and more recently, Drill Dozer - another twist on platforming that also gave rise to the Drillbur and Klink lines in B/W. I think this week, that has changed, and so has the future of the company (soon to be) formerly known as "those Pokemon guys", with the release of HarmoKnight for the 3DS - another unique take on platforming adventure.

The game itself is made possible by a recent internal internal restructuring of the company, allowing developer James Turner to be able to develop his idea alongside his contributions to the Pokemon games, and for others to come on board and make it a reality. It's an indication that this is really just the beginning of a new age for GameFreak, and one that can benefit the Pokemon franchise as much as giving life to new concepts and ideas.

So, with that much riding on the success of the title, how does it stack up?
