If you're anything like me, you were excited by the reveal of Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2's box artwork found within the latest CoroCoro magazine. Now, just as any sensible fan would expect, the official Japanese website has updated with better quality images of the box art. Bask in their glory! 

Had enough time to bask? Good, because that's all you're getting for now. The official website has yet to reveal anything more of consequence.

Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 are slated for Japanese release sometime within June 2012. It's interesting to note here that retailer Play-Asia.com has added preorders for both the Japanese and North American copies of the games, including a release month of October 2012 for North America. This date has in no way been confirmed by any official source, but it does fit with the Fall release window revealed by Pokemon.com.  Something to consider, eh?

There's much to look forward to, and hopefully we won't have to wait much longer until the real meaty details start rolling in. Until then, enjoy the pretty artwork.
