While fans probably weren't expecting a trailer of up-coming Pokémon games Pokémon Black 2, and Pokémon White 2 until Japanese TV show Pokémon Smash aired later today, overnight a trailer has come to light and gives us the first look at the two games in action. Read on to find out more!
From the trailer we can see that it is more than likely the season changes seen in Pokémon Black, and Pokémon White are to be included again as the trailer shows the same route twice, once in Autumn and once in what could be Spring or Summer. We also get a better look at our two playable heroes and their rival for anyone who wasn't content with just seeing them in the CoroCoro scans a few day ago.
The trailer shows our hero walking down a busy indoor market street which reminds viewers a lot of the busy streets in Castelia City, so it could be a revamped version of the city streets. We also get a look at what seems to be the puzzle for the Water Gym which will be ran by new Gym Leader Shizui.
The trailer also confirms players will be able to catch Eevee, Mareep, Riolu, Absol, and Pelipper in the wild. It also shows us a bit of battle footage. Not much seems to have changed, but the HP bar has been changed slightly. It also seems like trainer sprites are animated now as well, even for the lesser trainers. And finally it shows Black Kyurem, and White Kyurem taking part in a battle vs a Serperior.
Japanese TV show Pokémon Smash is due to air tonight and is meant to include details and footage of the two games. However, the details are likely to be the same as those seen in CoroCoro, and the trailer could be the same as the one we can see here. Worth keeping an eye on the show nonetheless though.
