First Pokémon World Tournament Download Goes Live

Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 may have only been released in Europe just over a week now, but the first downloadable tournament for the Pokémon World Tournament feature has already been released internationally for owners of the new games. This release is the first in a series of three which puts players against the top four finalists in the three different age divisions from this year's Pokémon Video Game World Championships. The first tournament which went live today sees you facing the top four players from this year's Junior Division who are:
- Junior Division World Champ: Abram Burrows
- Junior Division Runner-up Brian Hough
- Junior Division 3rd Place Finisher Brendan Zheng
- Junior Division 4th Place Finisher Kippei Takaki
The next tournament will be live to download from the 5th of November and featuers the top four players from this year's Senior division who are:
- Senior Division World Champ Toler Webb
- Senior Division Runner-up Jaime Martinez Alonzo
- Senior Division 3rd Place Finisher Nitesh Manem
- Senior Division 4th Place Finisher Henry Maxon
The third and final tournament will be live to download from the 19th of November and features the top four players from this year's Master Division who are:
- Masters Division World Champ Ray Rizzo
- Masters Division Runner-up Wolfe Glick
- Masters Division 3rd Place Finisher Abel Martin Sanz
- Masters Division 4th Place Finisher Joe Polkowski
To download the tournaments all you need to do is access the green computer in the Pokémon World Tournament building. There is currently no end date for downloading the Junior Division tournament, so there is no rush for those of you who have yet to reach that point in the new games.
