Hailed by The Pokémon Company as the first truly seamless open world Pokémon game, Scarlet and Violet take a lot of the foundations built in Game Freak’s first two Pokémon games on the Switch and look to elevate them even higher.

Scarlet and Violet take place in a Spain-inspired region and will star an entire new Generation of Pokémon, alongside plenty of returning favourites.

Pokémon Home integration will also allow certain Pokémon from Sword & Shield and Pokémon Legends Arceus, such as Hisuian Zoroark, to be transferred into Scarlet & Violet.
