The new Pokémon that first appeared in this weekend’s Pokémon Horizons anime series premiere has been officially revealed… but without much more information.

The Pokémon Company has revealed official art of the new Pokémon, confirming its connection to the Legendary Pokémon Terapagos and its inclusion in the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC expansion, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero.

The new Pokémon is set to join the likes of Ogerpon, Fezandipiti, Munkidori, Okidogi, and Terapagos itself, yet its name and true nature remain a mystery. 

The Pokémon Company has a history of keeping the details of their new Pokémon under wraps until the time is right, but with the first part of the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC expansion on the horizon later this year, it’s likely that more information about the mysterious Pocket Monster will be revealed soon.

As we don’t yet have a name for the Pokémon, we’ll have to wait a bit to add it to the Trainer Card Maker and our new Cryptidex. Please bear with us until then!
